Meeting Schedule

Effective October 13, 2025

• Recreation Standing Committee Regular Meeting:  First Monday of each month @ 6:00 pm.
• Community Relations Standing Committee Regular Meeting:  First Wednesday of each month @ 6:00 pm.
• Public Works Standing Committee Regular Meeting:  Second Tuesday of each month @ 6:00 pm.
• Finance Standing Committee Regular Meeting:  Second Thursday of each month @ 6:00 pm.
• Regular Council Meeting:  Third Tuesday of each month @ 6:00 pm.

Please note the following:

• Regular, special, and Standing Committee meetings are open to the public.  Certain parts of the meeting may be closed to the public in accordance with the Towns and Local Service Districts Act.  Meetings take place in Council’s Chambers at the Town Hall.
• To speak at a meeting, you must request a delegation in accordance with Council’s Rules of Procedures 2025.  See below.
• Standing Committee meetings are suspended during June, July, and August.  Chairpersons may call special meetings.
• Meetings are subject to change; therefore, you are encouraged to contact the Town Office (709 258 6581) to confirm a meeting date/time.
